These 7/8"-1" round center cuts of natural loofah. Since they are a natural product, the diameters of the cuts range from 2"- 3.5" dry & vary in color, species and number of holes, according to what's available. A larger diameter will squeeze to fit in your mold when dampened. They collapse easily because of the holes.
To embed in loofah cuts soap: just soften & rinse the sponge in warm water, then wring it out. Once it's damp, you can squeeze the loofah cut easily so it fits in your mold. The soap adheres and embeds in the loofah better when it's damp, so be sure to dampen it before embedding.
