This is a bulk listing for 25 quality cotton muslin bags in 4" x 6". They're a nice size and perfect for filling with bath teas or bath salts, using with bubble bars. They are also nice to use up soap slivers and keep them from going down the drain. They hang nicely on a tub spout or hook in the bathroom & the cotton fabric is thin so it dries quickly. Fill these with a dried flowers & herbs or a bar of soap & drop in a linen closet or clothing drawer for a nice scented sachet too.
These are a little better quality bags than I've seen before. Mainly the stitching is better and the cord is thicker than we have seen before. The fabric is still thin cotton muslin, but thin is actually ideal because it sudses up better & dries out faster in the tub. Thick fabric can stay wet too long and mold. The cords come untied. (I would tie them so they don't get pulled out.)
These bags are reusable many times. We often include one with a bubble bar order as a free gift to a customer.
Etsy handles the payments. While it is usually done very quickly, any delays or problems with payment will have to be handled with Etsy. We don't have access to your payment accounts through your order except to cancel or refund an already processed order.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
Nearly all of our packages ship via USPS because it's the most cost effective for you. We use UPS at times for bulk orders. Tracking for either shipping service will be added to your shipment when it's sent.
FIRST CLASS vs PRIORITY:
First Class shipping is offered for an economical shipping option on some lightweight items. We pack orders professionally, but First Class packages are not insured for loss or damage. Priority Mail is offered as a shipping upgrade will automatically insure your package for loss and damage up to $100 value. (**If your order is domestic & shipping totals $7 or more, you are getting Priority Mail automatically, so no need to pay for a shipping upgrade.**)
You're covered for a maximum of $100 unless you pay for insurance for the actual value of your order over $100. If there is no option to add insurance to your shipping at check out and you would like insurance, send us an Etsy message and we can add it for you. If USPS is at fault for the damage of your package, $100 is the maximum they will refund to you unless insurance was paid for.
All customs, duty & VAT fees that may incur upon shipping are the buyer's responsibility and we don't have control over these fees nor are we able to estimate what they will be. Check your country's laws regarding these before you ship. Please add your phone number to your international shipments. A phone number is sometimes needed to notify you that your package is waiting on customs fee payment for delivery. A package will not be delivered without customs fee payment. After so many days, they will return the package to us and the shipping is forfeited, so please track your international package and retrieve it when it's at your post office on your end.
International shipments are usually completed in 7-14 business days, but sometimes customs holds an item delaying the delivery and in those cases they can take weeks. Please be advised the delivery time frame is out of our control. We can file lost mail claims after 21 days if your package does not arrive.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION PACKAGES:
We occasionally send more valuable packages with signature confirmation so USPS cannot drop a valuable package on a porch and walk away leaving it open to theft or loss. We utilize this service at our discretion. No loss claims can be filed on a package that is signed for. Damage claims can be filed as stated in our policies above.
$5 EXPEDITED HANDLING FEE:
This fee means your order is guaranteed to leave Two Wild Hares within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri) of order receipt. No other delivery speed guarantee is implied by this fee. It just means we hurry up and get it on it's way quickly! Our expedited fee is $5 for a single item and $1 for every additional item in the order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Accurate, fast deliveries are important to us & we have worked hard for our reputation of providing fast shipping & good customer service. However, each box is carefully packed by a person & people sometimes make mistakes. Shipping errors within USPS are completely out of our control. Please order your supplies in plenty of time to allow for occasional human error. We can't be responsible for inconvenience as a result of the delay of the delivery of your package because of damage, order errors or shipping delays. We do our best to get you a well packed order sent quickly.
Our normal shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days. We try to clear our dashboard out daily, but during busy times (Mondays & after USPS holidays) we may need the whole 3 business days to send your order. If you'd like to guarantee your order ships within 24 business hours (Mon- Fri), you can choose the Expedited Handling Shipping Upgrade at check out for $5 for 1 item and $1 for each additional item. We also have a First Class to Priority Mail Upgrade & an Express 1-2 shipping upgrade available on some items. Check the shipping options for those.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. To return an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and if a return is approved, customer must ship it back within 14 days. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on returns and exchanges. We will refund your item, less the shipping, when it arrives back at Two Wild Hares. Batch certified colorants are non refundable or exchangeable because the certification cannot be transferred. Digital downloads are non refundable.
DAMAGED PACKAGE CLAIMS:
To file a claim, within 7 days of receipt, submit a photograph of the package damage and damaged item with an explanation of what was lost or broken. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up USPS claims processing and aren't responsible for the inconvenience as a result of the delay of the delivery of your package because of damage or shipping delays. We do our best to package professionally to avoid damage.
These damages are not covered:
1. Dog or another animal chewing up package.
2. Items inside cut by careless package opening.
3. Neglecting to pick up package from mail box promptly resulting in heat, rain or other damage as a result.
4. Not providing a safe place for delivery. Packages left outside apartment doors are not safe.
5. Customer supplied incorrect address or address was not entered in the USPS standardized format.
Make sure your local PO knows where to safely leave your packages and pick them up promptly. We pack boxes full and tight, so don't use a box cutter to open.
We are happy to enter the claim for you on USPS should one be needed and accommodate a reshipment of your package if a claim is paid. If you enter the claim online yourself, we are unable to do anything further for you regarding your damaged package. To file a claim, you must notify Two Wild Hares no more than 7 days after the delivery of your package. In some cases, we will have to wait on USPS approval to proceed with your replacement package.
LOST or UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
If your package is missing in action, we unfortunately have to wait 15 days to file a claim through USPS to give them time to declare it missing. We aim for quick and accurate deliveries, but lost packages sometimes happen and are out of our control. Your package is insured for a maximum of $100 unless you've paid for the additional insurance for the value over $100.
We are happy to enter a loss claim for you on USPS should one be needed and accommodate a reshipment of your package when a claim is paid. To file a loss claim, you must notify us within 21 days of the shipment date for a MIA/lost/undelivered package and within 7 days of delivery if the package tracks delivered but doesn't show up at your house.
If a package is returned to us because of insufficient address, unpaid customs fees or a because a customer didn't retrieve their package and the post office returned it, the shipping fee will have to be repaid to resend it. USPS won't resend any package without repaying the shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please include your phone number in the optional phone number line. It is often needed in order to be notified about your package being available at your local post office. Customs/VAT fees will have to be paid before they will deliver. After so many days, they will return your package to us for non payment of customs fees and the shipping is forfeited. We cannot refund the shipping or reship to you without repaying the shipping charges for customs unpaid.

These are okay. I put mini bath bombs in one of the bags and after I picked it up, the string just fell right off and my bath bombs fell all over the floor. Other than that, I think they will do just fine for what I need them for.
